Store Brand Ambassador

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Store Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.
 

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with operation and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Educating customers about our products and sharing information and guidance through accessing the F&B app and kiosk.
  • Manage social media content to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Building rapport with customers and liaising on social media accounts with customers to answer their inquiries.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the customer service department.
  • Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
  • Always Maintaining a positive image of the brand.
Who We're Looking For
  • High school diploma / General Education degree or similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support environment with success in leading a team before.
  • Engineering / IT Remote Support Experience needed.
  • Comfortable using computers and various commercial and custom applications.
  • Experience working in a Tech environment and use of tech tools such as Jira is a plus.

Compensation
  • Hourly rate of $12-15/hour (Based on experience), with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week, including weekends.
Sales Manager

You will be responsible for supporting our sales and business expansion efforts. You will have the opportunity to seek, build and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers and leading corporate partners. Your actions directly translate into desired business impact; expanding our network of ELLA, the robotic barista in a profitable and sustainable manner.

 

The exciting work at Crown Digital includes but is not limited to:

  • Establish relationship with customers by sharing our brand story and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Build rapport with new and existing customers to generate and maximise cup sales in each of our existing ELLA locations.

  • Manage a team of Brand Promoters to ensure sales volume each day.

  • Work with the management team to create and implement sales strategies and performance policies to achieve expected growth.

  • Self-monitoring and concise reporting of sales figures, further performing a deep dive analysis on what we can do to improve and be better.

  • Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with management.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to define and resolve possible day-to-day operational issues and challenges on how we can improve our customer experience better.

  • Train, mentor and educate our brand promoters to ensure consistency of our brand story and the experience that we provide to all our ELLA consumers.

 

Crown Digital is looking for someone who has: 

  • A recognized Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

  • Min. 3-5 years' relevant experience

  • Experience in business development, sales or management consulting will be advantageous

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • High motivation and is target driven, with a proven track record in sales

  • Able to prioritize by effectively managing their time and objectives

  • Persuasive, resilient, driven and willing to take on new and exciting challenges

  • Strong selling skills, as well as communication and negotiation skills
