Job Description

Working Location: Changi Airport/CBD Area (MBS/Havelock Road)

  • Introducing ELLA (Robotic Coffee Machine) and providing the ELLA Experience to new users and coffee enthusiasts

  • Representing ELLA (by Crown Digital) as a Brand Ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and enthusiastic support

Business Development and Partnerships Manager
Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting our business expansion efforts and have the opportunity to seek, build and nurture strong, positive relationships with leading corporate partners that directly translate into desired business impact; expanding our network of ELLA, The Robot Barista in a profitable and sustainable manner. Strategy & Growth

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Crown offerings to identify profitable business opportunities

  • Work closely with Management to explore and define our commercial and expansion strategy in Singapore and overseas, proposing strategy and commercial business models to promote Crown’s business.

  • Source, secure, and develop strategic relationships with partners to expand Crown ecosystem and addressable market opportunities, this includes addressing all inbound and outbound      queries.

  • Proactively engage with existing partners to discover and convert deployment opportunities within their real estate network

  • Collaborate on strategic planning with internal stakeholders to establish departmental goals, develop sales materials, branding and promotions to build market share and increase revenue

  • Collaborate with the Projects and Operations team to define and resolve possible new deployments relating to real estate, facility management, logistics, utilities etc. and ensure client success.

Account Management

  • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with customers, key decision makers, and other stakeholders to ensure the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of      services

Operations Manager
Job Description

The incumbent will support in leading the Operations Team for Crown Coffee. He/She will work closely with the CEO/ COO to drive retail performance, develop corporate strategy and execution roadmaps. Your detailed roles and responsibilties includes and are not limited to

  • Managing full spectrum of and fulfilment operations for unmanned and automated kiosks

  • Build, lead and coach a team of operations staff (including field technicians and supervisors)

  • Planning of required manpower to maximize efficiency for business needs

  • Ensure inventory items are properly stored, handled and distributed in a timely manner

Outlet Manager
Job Description

We are looking for an Outlet Manager to run our F&B Operations. You are the Ambassador of the Crown Coffee brand and will be responsible in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and upholding the café standards.

You will be familiar with the café story and will share with our customers regarding the different product descriptions and upsell whenever possible. Good knowledge of coffee is a plus.

Your detailed roles and responsibilities includes and are not limited to

  • Handle and oversee all F&B operations  (Bytes Station hybrid foodstall/ takeaway concept and central kitchen), including closing down and setting up of outlets

  • Product R&D on coffee and non-coffee beverages for ELLA The Robot Barista

  • Oversee food menu creation with the chefs

  • Oversee quality control for all outlets

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include recording and resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
