Sales Manager
You will be responsible for supporting our sales and business expansion efforts. You will have the opportunity to seek, build and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers and leading corporate partners. Your actions directly translate into desired business impact; expanding our network of ELLA, the robotic barista in a profitable and sustainable manner.
Responsibilities:

Establish relationship with customers by sharing our brand story and delivering excellent customer service.

Build rapport with new and existing customers to generate and maximise cup sales in each of our existing ELLA locations.

Manage a team of Brand Promoters to ensure sales volume each day.

Work with the management team to create and implement sales strategies and performance policies to achieve expected growth.

Self-monitoring and concise reporting of sales figures, further performing a deep dive analysis on what we can do to improve and be better.

Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with management.

Collaborate with the Operations team to define and resolve possible day-to-day operational issues and challenges on how we can improve our customer experience better.

Train, mentor and educate our brand promoters to ensure consistency of our brand story and the experience that we provide to all our ELLA consumers.
Requirements:

A recognized Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Min. 3-5 years' relevant experience

Experience in business development, sales or management consulting will be advantageous

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

High motivation and is target driven, with a proven track record in sales

Able to prioritize by effectively managing their time and objectives

Persuasive, resilient, driven and willing to take on new and exciting challenges

Strong selling skills, as well as communication and negotiation skills
