Social Media Contest
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility

The contest is open to all customers of Ella aged 18 and above.

Participants must be following Ella on the social media platform where they enter (Instagram or Facebook) to be eligible.
2. Entry Guidelines
-
Contestants must create original content during the contest period (November 6th - January 31st 2024).

Entries must feature the beverages and Ella, the robot barista.
-
Content must be posted with a public, permanent setting, and participants must tag and mention Ella.

Entries should include the specified contest hashtag #meetella.
3. Content Restrictions
-
Inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated content will be disqualified.

Any content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.

Participants must have the rights to use any music, images, or other copyrighted materials featured in their entries.
4. Ownership and Usage Rights

By entering the contest, participants grant Ella the right to share their content on social media accounts, website, and marketing materials with appropriate credits.

The content remains the property of the entrant.
5. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen randomly.

2 winners will be chosen every month during the contest period.

Winners will be announced on our social media accounts and contacted directly.
6. Prizes

Each winner will receive a 100 SGD gift card to either Amazon or Apple or Ella coffee, as per their preference.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Disqualification

Ella reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with these T&Cs or who engage in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

Ella also reserves the right to make changes or cancel the contest without prior notice.
8. Privacy

Personal information collected for the contest will be used only for the purposes of the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Legal Requirements

This contest is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, or Apple.
10. Agreement to T&C

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these T&Cs.
