How to delete/remove your account
1. Log in to your ella account first.
2. In the bottom right corner, click on the "ME" tab.
3. Select the "settings" tab.
4. Select "Delete My Account" from the options that appears.
5. Enter your mobile number and confirm your country code.
6. Click on the "Delete My Account" button.
7. Confirm your deletion by clicking the "Delete" button.
Data Policy
Your phone number, email address, and contact information are deleted along with your account.
